AAAPP is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The agency also reasonably accommodates individuals with disabilities.  AAAPP participates in the E-Verify process and is a drug-free workplace.

We offer the convenience of bi-weekly pay, and we use an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and the market data of the position. We also offer opportunities for bonuses and yearly increases.

The Agency participates in a 100% employer-allocated 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled. AAAPP will contribute 6% of your salary per pay period once you become eligible to participate and will match up to 4% of your deferred contribution. Allowing you to receive up to 10% employer contribution per pay period.

Most positions offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office only three days per week. Hybrid work schedules allow staff to work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for all or part of their workweek. AAAPP considers telecommuting a viable, flexible work option when both the staff and the job are suited to such an arrangement.

At AAAPP, we consider employees our greatest asset. We strive to provide you and your family with a comprehensive, competitively priced benefits package to meet all your needs. Our benefits include health, telemedicine, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, employer-paid life and AD&D, short-term disability, and more.

AAAPP staff nominates an Employee of the Month, who receives recognition and an extra flex day off.  The Employee of the Month is also eligible for the end-of-the-year drawing for the Employee of the Year award of $500. Birthdays are also celebrated monthly with cake and snacks to share with the team.
Picture
AAAPP believes that open communication is vital to a successful work environment. The agency encourages all staff to share their ideas and opinions directly with management. Staff are also welcome to voice their concerns or ideas with Human Resources, in person, via e-mail, or by phone.
Picture
As an expression of appreciation and recognition of long service and satisfactory performance, the agency honors eligible staff members with monetary awards, which may be paid to the staff using a payroll deposit. All staff who remain eligible are celebrated at an all-staff event, and those with 30 years or more are also invited to a Recognition Lunch in their honor.
Picture
Eligible staff members who earn an academic degree can earn a bonus that starts at $500 for an associate’s degree and goes up to $2,000 for a doctoral degree. We also admire professional development. If you receive a license or certification that increases or enhances your skills, you could be eligible for a salary review to determine if a pay increase is warranted.
