As Reggie neared 65, he wasn’t sure how to navigate the process of Medicare enrollment. Luckily, the Agency had volunteers ready to help! Through our Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders (SHINE) program, Reggie was able to receive free, unbiased information about the process of signing up for Medicare as well as each year reviewing his plan options. Now Reggie feels confident in his health insurance choices, and knows exactly where to turn if he ever has any future issues.
